Category is in always allowed or Pass categories list but blocked page shows as a blocked category.

In a profile if you has a category under pass categories list and even if you move under always allow categories list. But still not able to access and when you get a blocked page, it shows the category which is not under blocked categories list.  Check the active profile.

 

System à            Diagnostics      à            Active Profile Lookup

Enter workstation IP and do a lookup

 

Please verify if that category is not under blocked categories list. If not, then please do the following otherwise call Tech. Support.

 

Group à            Global Group à            Minimum Filtering Level

 Please check if you are blocking that category. Allow that category at minimum filtering level and block it in other profiles.
