The Category Weight system is ONLY used for reporting purposes, NOT filtering. The operational precedence for filtering is still Allow List > Block List > Pass List, with Allow taking the highest precedence. The Category Weight system lets you choose which category will be logged and reported for a URL request that exists in multiple categories with the same operational precedence. That is, it will only take effect if the site in question is contained with multiple categories of a particular list (Allow or Block). For example, let's use www.myspace.com.
