There are a number of possible reasons for this problem:  ·        Virtual IP address is assigned to someone else in the network. As a test you should not be able to ping the virtual IP.·        You are not using same virtual IP as what is configured in your R3000.·        Your virtual IP address is not on the same subnet as the management interface of the R3000.·        Domain is marked “inactive” in the R3000 LDAP Settings.·        Alias list is old and needs to be reloaded followed by activating the domain.·        The LDAP Account/Password that R3000 uses to communicate with the domain server has been changed/moved/modified.·        Authentication is disabled in the System Tab.·        Network Router/Switch has wrong MAC address registered for the virtual IP address.  It should be same as the management interface of the R3000.·        Port 137/139 is blocked at the network level preventing “NETUSE” to be able to bind to R3000.·        User is not logging into domain. If all of the above are correct and no problem is found, please contact 8e6 Technical Support for further assistance.
