Is there a list of IM and Peer-to-Peer services that the R3000 can block?

Here's how to block Instant Messaging and/or Peer-to-Peer traffic:

1.  Go to System -> Control -> Filter -> Service Blocking.  Enable Instant Messaging and/or P2P filtering, then click "Apply."

2.  Block the Instant Messaging and/or Peer-to-Peer categories in the relevant profiles.
