How do I unblock a site that is blocked via proxy patterns?

If, through the use of real-time probes or some similar method, you have found that a site is being blocked via proxy patterns, and you wish to unblock this site, there are two ways to unblock it. 

The first is to simply disable proxy pattern blocking, either by turning off the service blocking from the System/Control/Filter screen, or by removing Web-based Proxies/Anonymizers from the blocked categories of the group that is getting blocked. 

If this method is not viable, then you will want to set the site's IP as a Destination IP to Exclude from filtering in the Range to Detect settings of the R3000.  In this way, requests for this site will not be considered as filterable, and proxy pattern blocking will not activate on it.
