How do I always allow a website to be available?

From the R3000 GUI: 

- Click on Library

- Cick on Custom category

- Select Add category

- Fill the information in popup window and then click Apply.

- Expand custom category. Click on your new custom category and select URLs.

- Type URL or IP address under Edit URL list and click Add.

- Highlight results and then click apply action. If you wants to block URL with wildcard, then type URL with wild card under Edit Wildcard URL list.

- Once you finish adding URL(s) in the custom category, click on reload library.

 Note: It is advisable to wait for a few minutes while the Library is reloading before attempting to Add or Remove any new URL(s)  

You can verify, changes you made in the custom category took place or still in progress, please do the following. 

- Click on Library
- Click on Library Lookup
- Type the URL under URL Lookup
- Check result category under Lookup Result.
 

Now make the changes in the profile under group tab. Highlight custom category from pass categories list and move it over always allow categories list. Click Apply to save these changes. If profile has assigned any rule other than custom profile, please do the following.

- Click on Group

- Click on Global Group

- Click on Rules

- Scroll down and click on required rule. Highlight custom category from pass categories list and move it over always allow categories list.

- Click Modify Rule to save these changes.
