How can I tell if users are being authenticated?

       You can check “User Name Logs” by navigating to System à Diagnostics à View Log File and selecting User Name Logs option from the drop down. You can also select number of lines to display from the entire log file i.e. 100 or 500.  In this log file, you will see LOGON and LOGOFF entries, which simply reflect users logging in and out. If you believe you are suppose to be authenticated, you can go to a blocked website and confirm that block page lists your username credentials instead of IPGROUP or DEFAULT.
