Filtering profiles - What's the order of Precedence?

Question: All my users are filtered under the Global Group Profile, but I also have users in IP Groups. Which profile takes precedence? Answer: Beginning with R3000 version 1.8.00.44, this is the order in which the R3000 looks for a user's profile. If a user doesn't have a defined profile in one layer, the next layer is checked. 1. Individual IP Profile (IP Group) 2. Sub-group profile (IP Group) 3. IP Profile file that you uploaded to the R3000 (if applicable) 4. IP Group Master Profile 5. Global Group Profile The Global Group Profile applies to all users that are not otherwise defined. Think of it as a "Catch all." The Minimum Filtering Level applies, or is "added on," to users defined in IP/LDAP/NT groups. In other words, if a user is not defined in an IP group, LDAP group, or NT group, the Minimum Filtering Level does NOT apply. However, the user will still be covered under the Global Group Profile.
