Exporting Drill Down Reports: Time format inconsistent between format types

When viewing the data from the Web Client or exporting the data as a PDF, the time is displayed in AM/PM format, but when exporting a page or object drill down report as Comma Delimited Text or an Excel file, the time is displayed in Military format instead.

This is a known issue which will be fixed in a later patch.
