A: Take the following steps:

• Log into the ER Web Client on port 8080 or 8443 (if using https)
• Go to Settings -> User Groupings
• Under Group Information, type a group name, click “Add”
• Under Group Definitions, highlight the group, click on “Add to Group.”
• You may now add users based on username pattern, IP range, or individual users.
• When finished, click “Add” and “Close.”
