How can I change the password for the Web Client's manager account?

Please use the following instructions to change the Web Client administrator ("manager") password. Note that the Web Client password setting is located in both Enterprise Reporter GUIs, so it MUST be changed in both: Web Client first (port 8080) and then Server GUI (port 88).

Web Client
1. Go to Settings, then the Admin Details window.

2. Enter the default administrator password (which you can find in the Web Client User's Manual), then click Server Info.

3. Edit the Database Password textfield to change the Web Client password.

4. If you would like to change the "manager" login name, you can change that here as well.

Server GUI
1. Click on the Database drop down menu, then select Tools.

2. In the Change Database Password section, enter the old Web Client password and your new one. Make sure to be very careful when inputting the new password, be sure to type in correctly what you intend for it to be. Make sure it is EXACTLY what you just changed it to in the Web Client.

The Web Client password should be successfully changed now.
